The controller responsible for data processing on this website is: Ekaterina Abramenko, c/o autorenglück #89024, Albert-Einstein-Straße 47, 02977 Hoyerswerda, email: info@kuckuckmuc.de.

2. What data we collect

When you sign up for early access, we store your email address, your chosen language, the page version you signed up from, and the time of signup.

Providing your email address is voluntary. If you don't, the only consequence is that we cannot notify you about the launch.

The data is stored in a Google cloud service for data storage that only we can access. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your email address solely to inform you about the launch of Kuckuckmuc. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

4. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (including IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, and browser type). This data is required for the secure and stable operation of the website and is not combined with other data.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log data is deleted automatically after a short period.

5. Sharing with third parties and international transfers

Your data is never sold or shared for advertising. To send emails we use an email service provider that sends emails on our behalf.

Processing on Google servers outside the EU (in particular the USA) cannot be ruled out. Such transfers are safeguarded by the adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by EU standard contractual clauses.

6. Storage period

We keep your email address until you withdraw your consent or the purpose no longer applies (at the latest after the product launch and one notification email).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision).

You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect — by emailing info@kuckuckmuc.de or via the unsubscribe link in every email.

8. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

9. Cookies

This website uses only one technically necessary cookie that remembers your language choice. No tracking takes place.
